Shipping Locations, Pricing & Times

We ship worldwide from Europe using our national delivery service, the Romanian International Postal Services.

All shipments come with tracking.
The shipping procedure is as follows:

The moment we send the package to the postal office for delivery, it takes 1-2 days to leave Romania. Once it has left, the delivery time solely depends on the countries it has to go through and their postal services until reaching the final destination. The more countries between our location and the destination country, the longer it might take.
For example if you are in the United States, the package needs to go through multiple customs increasing the time needed to reach to you in comparison to a country from EU.

Sometimes it might take 3-5 days for Europe or 7-12 days to Asia/Australia/United States for the package to arrive. (business days)

Please note that from the moment it was sent out, it is out of our control. We are doing our best to pack the packages as tight as possible and do everything in our power to make sure you will get them as fast as possible.

You will receive a note from your local postal office when the package arrives.

Order Processing Times

Processing times may vary depending on the order and how many orders are ahead of yours. We do our best to ship within 24 hours for all in stock items.

We ship out daily except for weekends.

*Please keep in my mind that order volumes can slow down our processing times, so please be patient if it takes a couple days to get your order out*

*Please note that PROCESSING TIMES are separate from SHIPPING TIMES.

Processing times => how fast we prepare your package and send it to delivery (depends on us).
Shipping times => the time interval it takes your order to arrive to you AFTER it was processed (depends on delivery companies).

Life With Bubu does not take responsibility for any possible duties or custom fees.
Life With Bubu does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, untracked or missing packages or for missing packages that are marked delivered.
We also do not take responsibility for packages damaged during transit by our shipping partners.
Our team does their best to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner but please note that we have no control once the package has been shipped.

Reships

If a package is lost during transit or returned than please reach out to our team.
We will be able to assess the situation and see what can be done to get your package to you.
It is your sole responsibility to enter your correct shipping information.
If your order has shipped and you realized you made a mistake with your address, you will have to wait until the package is returned to us for a reship.
We can reship your order if you pay the shipping again.

Missing or Faulty Product

If you receive your package and there is a missing item or a damaged item please reach out to us as fast as possible so we can make it right!
