Shipping

We ship worldwide using our international postal services. Depending on the destination country, shipping times range from 3 to 12 business days (after processing times). In extraordinary circumstances beyond our control, delivery may take a bit longer.

All our packages come with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link.

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, if you do not see shipping options for your address at checkout, it means we are unable to ship to your country at this time.

Shipping costs vary based on continent/region. You can check it out on the Cart/Checkout section after selecting your products and country.

We do! Please make sure your shipping information is correct to avoid any delays or returns.

We understand this is frustrating but we recommend the following:

  • Reach out to your local post office or the delivery company that is shown on the tracking link.
  • Check with your neighbours and local post offices.
  • Sometimes carriers mark packages as being delivered but will not actually deliver them until the next day.
  • If everything above fails, please reach out to our team through Contact.

This usually means the address was incorrect or it was refused at the border. The carrier usually states a reason for returns.

If this happens, we can either reship your order if possible or offer a full refund.

Yes. In most cases, you will NOT have to pay anything but if this happens, it is completely out of our control. We do our paperwork with postal and border offices before shipping anything and paying everything that there is on our side.

Sometimes you might have to pay tariffs while other times, you won’t.

We are NOT responsible for any taxes or tariffs.

Orders

We ship your order as soon as possible, typically within 24-48 hours.

If we receive a high volume of orders, there may be a delay of up to an additional 24 hours.

Please note that we can only ship on business days.
