Track Your Order

We are using Posta Romana as our delivery partners.
They have been proven to be very efficient and on time when it comes to deliveries all across the world.

Below you will be able to track the shipment using the AWB Code that came in the email used for ordering or using your email and order number. Keep in mind that we use ParcelPanel as a solution to fetch the data from Posta Romana thus some of the information is in Romanian.

In some cases, depending on the destination country, both Posta Romana and ParcelPanel may stop updating detailed tracking information once the package leaves Romania. This happens because not all countries provide real-time updates, and unfortunately, it’s beyond our control.

You can also use any 3rd party service that provides shipment tracking using the AWB Code received in the email.

Based on our experiences and past orders, there were 0 scenarios where the package got delayed, lost or mishandled – we use priority shipping for all our shipments.

Additionally, you can track the status of your shipment independently using ParcelsApp.

ParcelsApp shows a lot more details after the package leaves Romania.
