The moment we send the package on the postal office for delivery, might take 3-5 business days for Europe or 7-12 days to Asia/Australia/United States for the order to arrive.
You will receive a note from your local postal office when the package arrives.

We have a 7-day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and with its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
