Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and with its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please send us an email to contact@lifewithbubu.com or use the Contact form. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unclaimed package

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the delivery attempt was unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, we are not responsible for the shipping failure. Customers will be notified and have the option to:

  1. Re-send the Package: The customer must cover the shipping fee again to have the order resent.
  2. Request a Refund: A refund will be issued for 50% of the order value, excluding the original shipping costs.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout to avoid delivery issues.
